Hi! I’m Melissa Hanna, the operations and technology manager at My Nursing Coach. I’m also the daughter of My Nursing Coach’s founder and director of care, Linda M. Hanna, RNC, MSN/Ed., IBCLC. I assist with all technical and financial operations at My Nursing Coach and work with Kelly and Sara to make sure our patients get the help they need. After seeing my mom care for thousands of new families and teaching many women how to successfully breastfeed their babies, I realized there was an opportunity to help even more women with technology. That’s when Linda and I started building the My Nursing Coach healthcare platform, which includes a patient dashboard for moms to log in and receive personalized care.
